PURPOSE: A piston device for an internal combustion engine is provided to improve the efficiency of cooling by lubricating between a piston and a cylinder wall. CONSTITUTION: A piston pin(3) connecting a piston(1) with a connecting rod(2) has an oil passage(5) communicated with an oil feeding passage(4) formed on the connecting rod. The oil in an oil pump is fed to the piston pin through the oil passage. An expansion part is formed on both end of the oil passage, and has a larger diameter than the oil passage. A porous board(7) with a built-in filter(8) is installed on the expansion part. A splash net(9) is installed on the edge of the porous board.
