PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molded container and its manufacturing method in which a strength such as a buckling strength and the like can be maintained even if a single synthetic resin blow container is used and further an amount of use of synthetic resin is decreased. SOLUTION: There is provided a container in which a relation between a fully filled amount (Vml) of the container and an amount of applied resin (Wg) at the time of manufacturing container is expressed as W=α×V2/3 andαis in a range of 0.3 to 0.4. A plurality of longitudinal protuberances are arranged at the inner surface of the container.
