PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily creat a part library which is high in accuracy of component recognition and recognition rate, when the part library of electronic components to be mounted by an electronic part mounter is created. SOLUTION: A lead part 3 as an inspection portion predetermined on an electronic component 2 is sensed, while changing the quantity of light from an illuminating jig 5, and the difference between luminances of the lead part 3 and a body part 12 on an image which is picked up is obtained. At the same time, the quantity of light of the illuminating jig 5 at the maximum difference is detected, and then the detected value is given to a memory means as a data for adjusting illumination during image recognition. Thus, a part library can be created uniquely. |
