The present invention relates to a vision system for mastic sealing and a visual test method, and provides a vision system with a simple configuration assembled with an application gun applying a mastic sealer to easily perform a test for a state of the mastic sealer application based on a photographed image, and a visual test method. The vision system comprises: a vision camera module mounted to be disposed on a side of a mastic gun applying a mastic sealer to a mastic sealer application position of a sealer application target panel loaded by a robot, photographing a state of application of the mastic sealer; a laser displacement sensor which measures a distance from the sealer application target panel in a state where the sealer application target panel is loaded on a downside of the mastic gun; and a vision computer which operates, when the distance measured by the laser displacement sensor satisfies a set distance, a vision camera of the vision camera module, and determines whether the state of application of the mastic sealer is good or bad based on an image photographed by the vision camera. |
