mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: tube has multilayer body made of composite material with longitudinal guide special-shape members positioned on its internal surface. At least one of guide members is provided with central longitudinal recess. Tube is fitted with stress relaxation device made in the form of system of thin-walled plates manufactured of elastoflexible material, mostly, rubber. Every longitudinal guide member is provided with segment-shaped base equal in length with it, with curved internal surface of body. Guide member is connected to internal surface of body in section between its end-face zones. Plates of stress relaxation device are arranged and fixed in said zones, one in every slotted clearance formed by sections of longitudinal guides of special-shape members and internal surface of body uncoupled from one another. As a result, pressure of compressing forces is distributed more uniformly, and stress concentration places are unloaded. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 3 dwg |
