摘要 concentration of isotopes whose content in natural chemical element is low. SUBSTANCE: working agent , for example metallic calcium is placed in horizontal crucible of ion source. Crucible, ion source and receiver boxes are placed in separating chamber. Working agent is heat to vapor forming state. Vapors are ionized in gas discharge chamber under action of electronic emission from hot cathode. Ion beam is formed by electrodes of ion-optic system and separation is effected under action of accelerating voltage and permanent magnetic field in accordance with ion masses. Beams are brought into focus in focal plane by magnetic field where receiver boxes are placed. Upon accumulation, boxes are withdrawn from separating chamber and are subjected to X-ray spectrometry and zones of increased density of isotope-enriched agent is determined noting these zones. Zones are treated by electrochemical pickling. First, zones at increased density are treated; remaining part pf surface of boxes is treated separately. Concentration by isotopes 42Ca, 43Ca, 46Ca, and 48Ca is increased by at least 2%. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
