SOLUTION: The image processing unit that extracts prescribed information from an image to which the prescribed information is attached is provided with an input means that inputs the image, a division means that divides the received image into a plurality of image areas, a transform means that applies orthogonal transform to the image region divided by the division means, a classification means that classifies the image region into a plurality of classes on the basis of the transform processing of the transform means, and an extract means that extracts the prescribed information on the basis of a feature parameter of each classified class.</p> |
