<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch card which is protected against forgery and tampering by preventing a confidential matter concealed from being seen by a third party prior to cutting and at the same time, can be disposed of more efficiently than ever because the card is naturally decomposed even after being left alone following the disposal. SOLUTION: In the scratch card comprising an OVD layer 16 formed in a scratch concealing layer 15 part on a card substrate 11 in order to conceal the confidential matter, the card substrate 11 is characteristically formed of a mixture of a resin with biodegradability composed mainly of a copolymer of a polyglycolic acid, a polylactic acid or a lactic acid and an oxy-carboxylic acid and an organic and an inorganic pigment.</p> |
