PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit module having circuit blocks in multiple stages and a function for executing the operation test only of the target circuit block. SOLUTION: In performing the operation test of a resolution converting part 21, the resolution of pseudo input picture data ina are converted by a resolution converting part 21, and a resolution converted result S21 is outputted from the resolution converting part 21. A selection signal sl1 is set in a use mode, and the resolution converted result S21 is selected by a selector 22. An output signal S22 is outputted from the selector 22. A selection signal sl2 is set in a test mode, and an output signal S22 is selected by the selector 24, and a characteristics extracting part 23 is by-passed. An output signal S24 is outputted from the selector 24. A selection signal sl3 is set in a test mode, and an output signal S24 is selected by a selector 26, and a pattern matching part 25 is by-passed. Therefore, the resolution converted result S21 is outputted as an output signal S20 from the selector 26. |
