PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data from being lost even when power interruption or the like occurs while writing or erasing the data to/from a flash memory. SOLUTION: The flash memory 15 for which an area for storing the data is constituted on the two surfaces of a first nonvolatile surface 15A and a second nonvolatile surface 15B and a RAM 16 for backup provided with a backup surface 16A and backed up by a secondary battery are provided. The data are stored in the areas on the total of three surfaces for which the areas on the two surfaces of the first nonvolatile surface 15A and the second nonvolatile surface 15B and the area on the one surface of the backup surface 16A are gathered.
