SUBSTANCE: device includes delivery main with fasteners for securing this main to piping system to be cleaned, shut-off valve, control handle, pump and pneumatic accumulator which is fitted with check and control valves. Closing member of shut-off valve is taper in shape and its opening part is cylindrical in shape. Diameter of cylindrical and taper parts of shut-off valve, its mass, stroke, pressure of accumulator and opening time are related by definite dependences. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
