PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Chinese herb drug raised in efficacy or the like owing to the crude drug(s) as active ingredient subjected to saturated pressure steam treatment, and to provide foods each containing the above Chinese herb drug. SOLUTION: This Chinese herb drug comprises crude drug(s) subjected to saturated pressure steam treatment at 121 deg.C or 132 deg.C. The other objective foods contain the above Chinese herb drug, respectively. Wherein, it is optional that the saturated pressure steam treatment is made for part or the whole of the crude drugs when a plurality of the crude drugs are included in the Chinese herb drug or the above foods. |
