PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the effect by impact sound generated when ascending and descending stairs even if steel stairs are used as indoor stairs. SOLUTION: This indoor steel stairs is arranged inside a building, in which a buffer member 5 is arranged between a skeleton wall 61 of a stair room 6 of the building and an outer face of a side plate 4 of stairs to shut of impact sound generated when ascending and descending stairs by the buffer member 5, and a construction method therefor is provided.
