<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively prevent the leakage of a liquid in a container. SOLUTION: The power of a driving motor 14 is transmitted to a pump 15 through a driving shaft 14a and a shaft 18. The pump 15 thereby applies delivery pressure to water soap 11 in a tank 11 to deliver the water soap 11 outside through a delivery passage 19. An air remaining space 16 continuous with a liquid storable space in the tank 10 is formed. This space 16 is prevented from the entry of the water soap 11 since air is left in an airtight state even when supplying the maximum quantity of water soap that can be supplied into the tank 10. Since the driving shaft 14a is provided in such a manner as to pass through the upper wall of the space 16 in the state of being kept airtight by a sealing member 17, the sealing member 17 for sealing the driving shaft 14a does not come in contact with the water soap 11.</p> |
