<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a procedure in a simple way and in a short time for an application to a land transportation branch office in regard to an automobile lean or lease contract having an ownership reservation. SOLUTION: A document issue proxy 10 receives and preserves plural copies of the versatile documents, which are necessary for application to a land transport branch office 18 from a main office 12 and also serves as an agent, who made a contract with the office 12 so as to make a store/dealer 16 issue the necessary documents, in place of the office 12 in accordance with a request for receiving a recompense. The proxy 10 also receives a copy of an applied automobile inspection certificate from the shop/dealer 16, who has finished application and sends the certificate to the office 12 for reporting the result of the application.</p> |
