<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference service that permits video and data communication as well as audio communication by using an intelligent service controller of a wide area network base. SOLUTION: This invention provides a method and a system for warranting an H.323 alias address portability for an H.323 user in the real time H.323 multimedia communication, and the H.323 user is registered in a home gatekeeper for a home zone of the H.323 user. The alias address portability can be obtained by using a center database known to a management zone and used for the alias address mapping or obtained by using a distributed database.</p> |
