<p>PURPOSE: To obtain high quality recycled resin products excellent in paint film removing efficiency, environmental safety, and process capacity by installing a pretreatment device for cutting off a projected part from a coated resin member and a paint film peeling device for peeling off a paint film by applying shearing stress. CONSTITUTION: A paint film removing device for coated resin products is composed of a pretreatment device and a paint film peeling device. The pretreatment device, at least on the upper surface of one shear roll 14, has shear blades 14a which are arranged in a line in the rotary axial line direction which extends in the circumferential direction and is formed from a meandering ring-shaped projected part. A coated resin member Wa having a paint film is rolled by a pair of a support roll 13 and a shear roll 14 which are arranged to face each other, and the projected part Wf projecting from the member Wa is cut off by the shear blades 14a. In the paint film removing device, the coated resin member Wa is rolled by a pair of the support roll 13 and the shear roll 14 which are arranged to face each other and have different peripheral speeds, and the paint film is peeled off from the resin by shearing stress applied between the resin and the paint film.</p> |
