<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change and set the reference time of operation interval time to a display picture for switching an operating state to a beginner mode, for example, on the basis of the real transaction operating conditions of each of users. SOLUTION: The reference time for switching the operating state of the automatic transaction device (such as contents of operation guidance, feed speed of a card or opening/closing speed of a lid for paper money feed) corresponding to the occurrence rate of a beginner transaction. Setting itself of the reference time is performed on the basis of the distribution conditions of operation interval time. This changing/setting processing is performed for each of units of time t1 from the display of an operation picture to first operation and time t2 to the next following operation. In the case of t1 in a distribution (a), the number of transactions is added successively from the side of longer operation interval time and 21 sec, with which the ratio of this added value and all 20 transactions becomes more than a reference value, is defined as the reference value.</p> |
