<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a debit processing system, that the communication cost of a real time inquiry can be reduced and the risk of damage caused by arrears can be avoided. SOLUTION: This system has a card 12 capable of storing money-like value as the remainder in the card, a payment accepting device 22 for performing read/write processing of the card, an account system processing part 26 for executing account remainder lock and account drawing to the account remainder of a card owner, a money-like value issuing part 28 for issuing the money-like value and transmitting it to the payment accepting device, and a debit processing control part 24 for controlling the flow of data and processing among the payment accepting device, the account system processing part and the money-like value issuing part.</p> |
