<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional plan generating device for crew operation when generating alternation plan requires a long time to check working hours since working hours of respective groups should be taken into consideration at the time of the grouping of all working plans so that the working hours are uniform. SOLUTION: This device has a means for dividing respective working plans into groups when an operator inputs group numbers by the working plans to a group number setting field 24, a means for setting the order of the working plans as the order of working in the respective groups, a means for calculating the mean working hours and mean riding distances of the respective groups, and a means for retrieving a working plan which can be set next in order; and the grouping means performs the grouping so that the mean working hours and mean riding distances are uniform and the retrieving means retrieves working plans so that rest hours of crews are satisfactory.</p> |
