PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly judge the presence or absence of a defect position at a heat fusion bonded part by heat fusion bonding resin members to one another. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flaw detector comprises an ultrasonic probe 9 for oscillating an ultrasonic wave to the fusion bonded part 10 obtained by heat fusion bonding resin members 1, 2 by an electric heating wire and receiving a reflected wave, a display unit 7 for image displaying the reflecting position, and a signal processor 20 for processing the received signal of the reflected wave and outputting an image display signal responsive to a set gain value. Thus, the device oscillation the wave while moving the probe along the fusion- bonded part and decides the presence or absence of the fault based on the detected reflecting position image displayed. The device further comprises a memory part 22 for storing the gain value image displayed in a state in which the reflecting position from the wire and the reflecting position from the defect position can be discriminated according to the temperature state of the fusion- bonded part, and a setter 21 for obtaining the necessary gain value responsive to the temperature state of the bonded part based on memory information of the memory part and setting the gain value. |
