PURPOSE: A user database integrated management system including a scheduler and a method thereof are provided to remove the inconvenience of a user according to a user registration by including a scheduler connected with each Internet service provider which stores and manage user registration information inputted by the user on a web of a service providing system in a database system. CONSTITUTION: A user database integrated management system includes a user system(100), service providing systems(200,210,220,230,240,250), a center control system(300) and a center database system(400). The user system(100) means each Internet user who obtains information and contents through the Internet. The service providing systems(200,210,220,230,240,250) provide the information and the contents to the users. The center control system(300) is connected to each service providing system(200,210,220,230,240,250). The center control system(300) receives user information inputted by the users. The center database system(400) is connected to the center control system(300). The center database system(400) stores and manages the information which the users input through the service systems(200,210,220,230,240,250).
