FA SYSTEM HAVING AUTOMATIC MODE TRANSITION FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic mode transition function for automatically executing charge suppression mode transition to equipment based on the maintenance condition and processing result of the equipment in the automatic logistic control of an FA system. SOLUTION: A condition for the charge suppression of articles to be processed can be reserved in equipment 3 from a terminal 2, i.e., a condition, such as the number of articles to be processed by the equipment, the time elapsed and the processing completion of a prescribed lot, can be reserved. When the charge suppression condition is formed in the equipment 3, the operation mode 7 of the equipment 3 is transited to the charge suppression mode by the automatic mode transition function.
