PURPOSE: A system for delivering oil is provided to manage a delivery state of each oil truck effectively and decrease a time for delivering oil by sensing a position of each oil truck. CONSTITUTION: A position electric wave transmitter(4) is mounted in an oil truck(2) and transmits a position electric wave. A position measuring device(6) outputs data related to a position of an oil truck(2) mounting the position electric wave transmitter(4) by tracking the position electric wave transmitted from the position electric wave transmitter(4) and sensing a position of the position electric wave transmitter(4). A position data receiver(8) being mounted in an oil selling store receives position data transmitted from the position measuring device(6). As the position measuring device(6), an artificial satellite is used. The position electric wave transmitters(4) being mounted each oil truck(2) are outputs different codes, respectively. In addition, the position data receiver(8) discriminates each oil truck(2), respectively.
