PURPOSE: A traffic signpost and a method to attach a prepared traffic signpost on the face of roads are prepared. Thereby, drivers can get traffic information just by fixing his or her eyes on the front of roads. CONSTITUTION: A traffic signpost comprises the parts of: (i) a mixture of petroleum resin and powdered rubber which get adhesive power due to the fusion by heating; a lime powder to solidify the mixture; a plasticizer; and a substrate prepared by kneading coloring matters and drying for color revelation; and (ii) glass crystals to be sprayed on the substrate while solidifying it. A method for installing a prepared traffic signpost comprises the steps of: (i) a first step to stick a prepared traffic signpost on the face of road with an adhesive; (ii) a second step to heat the traffic signpost with a burner to make it get adhesive power; and (iii) a third step to apply pressure on the traffic signpost.
