PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water air conditioner in which heating operation can rise quickly while lessening load on a hot water heat source machine. SOLUTION: A decision is made whether a detected room temperature is lower by a specified value or more than a set temperature or not (step 100), and heating operation is performed through a hot water unit (step 110) if it is not lower than a set temperature by a specified value or more, otherwise heating operation is started through a refrigerant unit (step 102) and then heating operation through the hot water unit is started (step 104). Subsequently, a decision is made whether 40 min has elapsed after starting the heating operation or defrost is detected or not (step 106), and if 40 min has passed after starting the heating operation or defrost is detected, heating operation through the refrigerant unit is stopped (step 108). |
