PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oiling agent composition suitable for fine amount oiling agent supply type cutting or grinding processing in which a fine amount of an oiling agent is supplied to a cutting or grinding site together with air, especially to provide the oiling agent composition having an improved lubrication performance. SOLUTION: This oiling agent composition for fine amount oiling agent supply type cutting or grinding processing, containing an ester as a base oil and at least one oily agent selected from alcohols, carboxylic acids, unsaturated carboxylic acid sulfides, alkylphenols, alkylnaphthols, polyoxyalkylene compounds and esters. The oily agent is added in an amount of >=0.1 wt.% based on the total amount of the composition.
