PURPOSE:To enable a user to select the expression morpheme of an announcement from an announcing device. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of a voice information storage means 1 which stores voice information that has different plural expression morphemes and a voice reproducing means 2 which selects a voice information that has a specific expression morpheme from voice information stored in the means 1 and having different expression morphemes and forms voice signals from the selected voice information based on the information to be announced. |
