<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an interval between two members disposed in parallel with high precision by simple operation. SOLUTION: This device adjusts the interval between two members 4, 6 disposed in parallel, and is provided with a holder 3 which supports the member 4 disposed on one side of them and is capable of approaching/retreating to/from the other side, and a block 9 disposed on the other side of the holder 3 and regulating the travel of the holder to the other side. The block 9 is traveled in such a direction as to traverse an opposite surface 3a on the holder 3 opposite to the block 9, and the opposite surface 3a is inclined at a prescribed angle to the traveling direction of the block 9 so as to change a contact position of the opposite surface 3a and the block 9 along the traveling direction of the block 9, so that the traveling amount of the holder 3 to the other side is changed. It is thus possible to adjust the interval between the two members 4, 6.</p> |
