<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a junk of a woody cement board as a raw material of a great amount of the woody cement board. SOLUTION: In the case where a woody cement board is manufactured by dry method by using a raw material mixture containing a woody cement board junk pulverized material, a mat of the raw material mixture is compacted by pressing at 180-220 kfg/cm2 face pressure. The woody cement board junk pulverized material can be added to 90 wt.% into the raw material mixture with such a high pressure press.</p> |
