SOLUTION: A converter 5 and a transformer 6 are provided on cable runs 21 and 22 connecting a power receiving part 2 for taking in the power supply of a load part 40 in the automatic teller machine and the load part 40 and this machine is provided with a settlement processing part 7 for operating the quantity of electricity on the basis of the respective signals of the converter 5 and the transformer 6 and a transmission part 11 for transmitting the output information of the arithmetic processing part 7 to an external device.
