PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar-power generation device capable of heating a circuit unit in a panel effectively making use of a DC output from a solar battery without using a systematic power source. SOLUTION: The device comprises in a power-control panel 4 a temperature sensor 21 that outputs an on-command when a detected temperature is below a heat-starting temperature and ceases the output of the on-command when the detected temperature rises to a heat-ceasing temperature higher than the heat-starting temperature, a normally opened feed-control switch 19 that is closed with the on-command, and a heater 20 to which an AC of the solar battery 3 is fed through the switch 19.
