PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the area of installation of the whole equipment and the cost of the installation preventing deterioration of power quality and controlling a power pulse of incoming power. SOLUTION: The system for controlling instantaneous incoming power that connects a capacitor-accumulate unit 6 to a power-receive system comprises the capacitor-accumulate unit 6 having a parallel monitor 5 consisting of a plurality of capacitors C to which the monitor 5 is connected, which detects a charging voltage and controls a bypass, an AC-DC converter 2 connected to the power-receive system, which converts AC-DC and conducts a charge and discharge of the capacitor-accumulate unit 6, and a system-monitor power- control device 1 that monitors the power-receive system and controls the AC-DC converter 2. The system is capable of reducing the incoming power to zero by the system-monitor power-control device 1 and used as a no-interruption power source.
