<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickling device capable of allowing a hand-made Saikyozuke (a kind of a pickled fish), Misozuke (a material pickled in mizo), Kasuzuke (a material pickled in sake lees) or the like to be provided by only pickling a material while omitting complex operation before the pickling of the material in a seasoning. SOLUTION: This pickling device is used so that the material is pickled in the seasoning by sandwiching the material by a first seasoning bag 3 and a second seasoning bag 4, storing the seasoning in the interior and having penetrability, packaged in a bag body 2 having a hermetically sealing means 2a so that the first seasoning bag 3 and the second seasoning bag 4 may overlap each other.</p> |
