PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead core fitting device for a solid tire by which the bead core can be easily fitted. SOLUTION: A regulating mechanism 26 is equipped with support members 12 which regulate the movement of a plurality of bead cores 10 to be fitted to a crude rubber belt 6 wound around a molding drum 2 of a take-up machine 1, in the axial direction of the molding drum 2 in accordance with the interval of the bead cores 10. In addition, a chuck mechanism 74 is provided which grips the outsides of the bead cores 10 by means of a first to a third arm 38-40. Further, a transfer mechanism 36 is provided which moves the chuck mechanism 74 in the axial direction of the molding drum 2 and thereby, fits the bead cores 10 to the wound crude rubber belt 6. Besides, a sidestepping mechanism 28 is provided which sidesteps the support members 12 from the moving route of the chuck mechanism 74. |
