<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly deal with vertical and horizontal movement of a bridge, by using only one cable-protecting pipe 20. SOLUTION: This attached-along-a-bridge pipe, which forms a cable protecting conduit line by inserting, into one end socket of a pipe, the other end being a spigot of another pipe, inserting the other end spigot of the one pipe into one end socket of another pipe furthermore, and repeating this action. Each pipe is divided into a pipe portion 22 where a socket 25 is formed, and a pipe portion 21, where an inserting opening 24 is formed. The other end of the pipe portion of the socket and one end the pipe portion of the spigot are fitted to each other, in such a way as to be slidable freely in the axial direction of the cylinder, and the internal surface of the socket 25 is a spherical surface. Along with it, the external surface of the inserting opening 24 becomes a spherical surface which fits in the internal surface of the socket and is slidable, and the spherical socket 25 and the spherical spigot 24 make a universal coupling by mutual fitting. Since this pipe 20 to be attached along a bridge has an expanding and shrinking function and a flexible function at a uniting part for its split pipe portions 21, 22, it is possible to form a cable-protecting conduit line, which deals with vertical and horizontal movement of the bridge smoothly, by attaching the pipe 20.</p> |
