PURPOSE: The network system combining on-line with off-line of the Internet is provided to enable an Internet non-user to get the benefit of the Internet use, to offer the different information to the Internet non-user, and to create a job for local freelancers. CONSTITUTION: The main system of the head office serves the product guide and relevant catalog file by a product DB server, takes the order, asks the supply of the product manufacturer or seller, purchases and delivers the product, checks the product payment of a consumer. The local manager PC, which has business with a real client, transfers the order contents to the main system of the head office. So, even Internet non-user can utilize the e-commerce and local information much conveniently than an Internet user.
