PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitive clyephotoelectric transducer element having high efficiency and high stability in heat and light by using a metal complex coloring matter stable in heat and light for making efficiently semiconductor particulates sensitive, and to provide a photocell. SOLUTION: The photoelectric transducer element comprises semiconductor particulates made sensitive with the complex coloring matter represented by Formula 1, M(La)(Lb).ECI, where M is a metal atom, La and Lb are specified three-seat ligands, and CI is a counter ion if required for neutralizing electric charge.
