<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for electric brake device capable of easily disengaging a parking brake by hand. SOLUTION: At the end of the rotary shaft 45 of a motor 41, a noncircular recess 45a is provided in hexagonal shape from the forefront surface. At the bottom surface 42b of a motor housing 42, a through hole 42c is formed for exposure of the recess 45a provided in the rotary shaft 45. A cap 46 to cover the bottom part of the motor housing 42 is welded to the bottom of the motor housing 42. A threaded hole 46b is provided at the bottom 46a of the cap 46, and a plug 48 is screwed into the hole 46b.</p> |
