<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas insulated switchgear that enables reduction of gas processing work inside a plant and in the field, simplify the work and reduce the processes. SOLUTION: In connecting a container 101 to another container 102, a (plug-in type) spherical conductor 103 that can automatically be connected is fixed in contact with a contact maker 102f, the container 101 is brought close to the container 102, and the conductor 103 is jointed to 101f. Before connection, a valve 108 contact a central conductor 102e by the spring 109. When the container 101 is brought closer to the container 102, the tip of the valve 108 contact the central conductor 102e. Then, the spring 109 is contracted, and the valve 108 separates from the central conductor 102e, which makes a high-pressure insulating gas inside the container 102 push air in to a joint part 107 towards the outside of the container out of an opening provided in the central conductor 102e, so that the joint part 107 is filled with the insulating gas.</p> |
