PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute the paper threading work manually by an operator without using a special device such as a paper threading device. SOLUTION: In a tower rotary press having a vertical printing part formed by vertically arranging a plurality of printing units, the connection paper 10 is suspended in a paper path from an upper part of the vertical printing part 5, and threaded from an upper part to a lower part while backwardly rotating the printing units 6a-6d, to be connected to the paper 9 fed from a paper feeding-out device of the tower rotary press, and then the connection paper is scanned from the upper part of the vertical printing part to the downstream side by normally rotating the printing units. |
