PURPOSE:To effectively avoid illegal use of an IC card by reading information recorded on an IC card for a predetermined period so as to detect unloading of the IC card thereby detecting the unloading simply and surely. CONSTITUTION:A SIM(subscriber identification module) IC cad 1B is inserted and set to a terminal equipment main body 1A and a predetermined operating knob is operated for talking. Specific identification data are allocated to the IC card 1B and the radio communication 1A stores identification data to a predetermined storage means to start talking with a talking object. Then the IC card 1B is accessed for a predetermined period and when the identification data stored in the storage means and identification data detected by the access of the IC card 1B are dissident, a line with a talking object is interrupted to stop the talking with the talking object. Thus, when the IC card 1B is removed during talking, the talking is immediately stopped. |
