Disclosed is a molten metal submersible pump system which includes a unitized body which acts as its own jig during assembly to precisely align t he motor mount framework, the pump body, the pump base, and the pump shaft. Further disclosed is such a pump system which provides greater than norma l surface area and heat sink mass, which has resulted in an increased useful life of the pump system between required maintenance and replacement of parts.</SDOA B>
