FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of method of making a laminate for use in flexible packaging. Method comprises applying a two-part adhesive composition to a surface of the first substrate and contacting a surface of the second substrate with the adhesive bearing surface of the first substrate. Said two-component adhesive composition contains the first polyol (component A) and isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer (component B). Polyurethane prepolymer is a reaction product of a second polyol and a modified diphenyl methane diisocyanate, the prepolymer comprises from 0 to 0.5 % by weight of 2,2'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, and from 0 to 10 % by weight of 2,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate.EFFECT: invention allows to produce flexible laminates for packing food products, that produce low levels of extractable primary aromatic amines.15 cl, 7 tbl, 7 ex |
