SOLUTION: In the porous concrete comprising coarse aggregate and mortar whose volume ratio to the coarse aggregate is 0.10 to 0.8, the mortar contains at least cement, a pozzolan fin powder, fine aggregate having particle size of >=2 mm, a water reducer and water. |
