PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bagging device for sandbag comprising a new structure wherein the feeding of earth and sand to a bag body is automated, and a drastic improvement of the working efficiency can be realized. SOLUTION: A funnel-shape earth and sand tank 1 of which the upper opening is made into a throw-in port 11 is supported at a specified height location by a frame body 2. At the same time, to the bottom section opening 12 of the earth and sand tank 1, the earth and sand introducing end side 33 of a screw conveyor 3 is connected. In this case, for the screw conveyor 3, a spiral wing type screw 32 is built in the cylindrical main body 31, and the screw conveyor 3 is approximately horizontally arranged. In the meantime, an earth and sand leading out port 4 is provided on the earth and sand leading out end side 34 which is opposite side from the screw conveyor earth and sand introducing end side 33. Then, the leading out port 4 of a downward short cylindrical shape has an engaging section 41 for a bag body having a drawstring at the lower end side wall, on the lower wall section. At the same time, on the upper wall surface, a window section 35 for monitoring-cum-checking, which comprises a transparent panel and is detachable, is provided for this bag-packing device for sandbag.
