PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a password recording device for preventing a password from being stolen at a glance by a third person by displaying a single digit selected by a digit seleding mechanism or a digit selecting circuit on a display board in a cylinder, and discriminating the digit by a digit discriminating circuit, and guiding it to a rewritable storage circuit, and displaying a prescribed password on the display board in the cylinder, and confirming and outputting the password through a switch mechanism to a charging system device which is also used as another cache card recording and recording device. SOLUTION: A single digit selected by digit selecting mechanism or a digit selecting circuit is displayed on a display board in a cylinder, and the digit is discriminated by a digit discriminating circuit, and guided to a rewritable storage circuit, and a prescribed password is displayed on the display board in the cylinder in this password recording device. |
