PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for compressor motor that enables reduction in vibration and noise of a compressor having periodical load fluctuation in one revolution and the enhancement of a brushless motor for driving the compressor. SOLUTION: The control circuit 10 of the controller for compressor motor outputs a commutation signal with its phase delayed by a specified angle relative to the timing of signal generation from a rotor position detection circuit 12 that detects the induced voltage of the brushless motor 5 to detect the position of its rotor. The control circuit is provided with memory 10A that stores beforehand phase delay angles of the commutation signal relative to the timing of signal generation from the rotor position detection circuit 12 on a rotor- position-by-rotor-position basis, and reads the phase delay angles out of memory 10A to vary the phase delay angle on a rotor-position-by-rotor-position basis. |
