PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating rice, capable of very easily removing abnormal odor contained in rice at a low cost. SOLUTION: This method comprises having each a positively charging material and a negatively charging material when combined with each other and setting the positively charging material, the negatively charging material and rice in a vessel and oxidatively treating the rice. |
