PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical laser transmitting device using a hollow waveguide passage capable of transmitting a laser beam in a wide range of wavelength zones at low loss, and achieving excellent productivity and reliability. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the hollow waveguide passage 28 having a dielectric layer comprising a polyimide resin layer which is transparent to a wavelength zone of light to be transmitted formed on an inner surface of a hollow base member, a jig 29 installed on a tip of the hollow waveguide passage 28 to radiate a laser beam toward a lesion, an invisible laser generator 24 to generate a laser beam for treatment in an invisible wavelength zone, a visible laser generator 25 to generate a laser beam to be radiated toward a target in a visible wavelength zone, an overlapping/changing means to overlap or change the laser beams generated from the invisible laser generator 24 and the visible laser generator 25 to be radiated into the hollow waveguide passage 28, and a gas supply means to introduce assist gas 27, and the assist gas 27 is injected toward the lesion through a hollow part in the hollow waveguide passage 18 and the jig 29. |
